Allâh ta`âlâ said : { إِنَّ الصَّلاَةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَّوْقُوتًا }[sôurat An-Niçâ’] which means: « Certainly the prayer was prescribed for believers in his time». It is a duty to check the times of prayers by observation and it is not enough to rely on a schedule based on the simple calculation. See Explanation of prayer times.
Fajr time begins when appears the true dawn in the east horizon until sunrise.
Dhuhr time begins when the Sun begins to decline after reaching its highest point in the sky, until Asr.
Asr time begins when the length of any object's shadow equals the length of the object itself plus the length of that object's shadow at solar noon, until Maghrib.
Maghrib time begins when the sun disappears below the west horizon, until Isha.
Isha time begins when the red glow disappears from the west horizon, and when the white glow disappears from the west horizon according to the Hanafiyy, until Fajr.
Five minutes of precaution has been added for each prayer.
